Riley Morgan is a fictional character on the daytime soap opera As the World Turns. He is currently being portrayed by Tom Degnan.
In June 2009 Riley comes to Oakdale to the memorial service of Adam Munson, who just died in the war. Margo and Tom talk to the young man and let him stay at their house. Margo and Tom start to treat him like a son. Casey despises the guy and takes his watch to teach his mother, Margo, a lesson.
Noah is filming this movie documentary about his life with his father. He sends Riley to see if he can get a visit to the military bases. Riley is going to find Lt. Harsbro and in Harsbro's desk sits Col. Winston Mayer, who threatens to reveal who Riley really is. We later find out he is really Adam Munson.
